Codename: End War

This post contains ideas and concepts about a dark adventure story.


Three little kids, about the ages of 7 to 8, take it upon themselves to save the world from an evil scientist dubbed by them as Dr. Demise.  Dr. Demise has
stopped time and turned the sky black.  It's now up to Mars, Remy, and Luz to get to travel to the City of Evil to stop Dr. Demise's schemes and save the
world from eternal darkness.



Background:
Tensions between The United States and North Korea became increasingly unstable within the next couple of years.  After a full on invasion of South Korea
by its neighbor to the north, The United States along with allied U.N. nations attacked North Korea.  China came to the aid of the North Koreans as well
as Iran of the Middle-East.  World war III soon began.  The first war to openly use nuclear weapons as a war game tactic.


Knowing the end of the world would bring the Earth to her knees, the parents of Marshall Rennes, Lucille Kidd, and Remy Evers journeyed from Los Angeles,
which many military specialists predicted to be one of 9 major U.S. cities annihilated in the event of a nuclear holocaust.  They journeyed as far north
as they could before being stopped by the inevitable End of the War.

The parents of the children left them in a secluded area in the forests of Eastern Oregon under the supervision of Remy's 23 year old uncle.  The parents
ventured  to Portland, Oregon in order to scavenge for food and previsions all the while keeping their children safe from the hostility of survivors.

The unexpected had unfortunately occured when a nuclear missile struck the city of Portland wiping much of the life located in North-Western Oregon and the
parents had become the casualties of the final war that would be waged on Earth.

After seeing the nuclear mushroom from off in the Western horizon and losing all radio signals from the Pacific, the uncle of Remy lost all will to live
and commited suicide in a cave 5 miles from where the children took their refuge.

It is now the morning of the after the destruction of Portland and five hours after the uncle had escaped the horrors of the EndWar.


The sky to the West is now covered in black ash and time appears to have stopped.

Possible Endings:
-Enter the lair of Dr. Demise aka the impact site of the nuclear missile and succumb to radiation poisoning all the while losing their grip with fantasy
and entering the grim reality of death.

-They get rescued by survivors and are taken in and cared for and taught how to survive.

-They defeat a crazed man who they believe to be Dr. Demise and, with a sense of accomplishment, venture on their lonesome to fight for justice.

-They were never heard from again.
